We could ensure that more citizens would know who Abu Gonzo is if we could get a photo with him and Paris Hilton together, or if he would jump into Anna Nicole's baby's paternity battle (either as a purported sperm donor or offering a future USA position to the baby in exchange for preferred prosecution of Democrats).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11211639.post-1175298814291191752007-03-30T20:53:00.000-04:002007-03-30T20:53:00.000-04:00I sat through that interview against my better jud...I sat through that interview against my better judgment. Miller hasn't been funny for a while especially because he makes the Repub mistake of thinking that TDS is making fun of conservatives and Republicans 'cuz Stewart's agin' em. TDS makes fun of those in power (whether Rep or Dem) and the hilarity ensues because the powerful elites' words and actions are contradicted with actual facts. Admittedly, my political views have changed over the last decade (Clinton impeachment, 2000 election, and the Iraq invasion have been the primary motivators for that). But Miller seems to have been overcome by fear after 9/11. Post-9/11, it seems to me, he was like a runaway teenage girl, feeling scared, lonely, and uncertain.Doughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11424730556609713021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11211639.post-1175178595491685472007-03-29T11:29:00.000-04:002007-03-29T11:29:00.000-04:00So if only 19% of the people care, it's not import...So if only 19% of the people care, it's not important?? isn't NPR's share of the news audience less than 19%??Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
