think i'll have a beer in honor of joey. as for malcolm x ... don't know, probably will think good thoughts of him, because he was always becoming, not being.
i read his autobio in high school. and for me, a white bread hoosier, it's one of my favorite books -- mostly because malcolm didn't take shit from assholes.
